About

Adrienne is truly the realtor you want and need! I would not be in the house I currently am in (and love so, so much) if it wasn’t for her. She’s persistent, very knowledgeable, and is always looking out for you. We called her the magician and told her to work magic several times, and boy did she use that wand! I bought and sold my house with Adrienne and am thrilled with the outcome of both. Would 100% do both again with Adrienne. I interviewed several realtors in the area and knew I felt a connection with her and was not disappointed!

Adrienne was more than just a realtor; she was a trusted advisor and advocate throughout the process of listing and selling my home. She is extremely knowledgeable, attentive, and accommodating. I couldn’t be happier with the process or the results and highly recommend her!

Adrienne was an amazing realtor. She was so patient and helpful when I had a million questions. I really appreciated that she didn't let me settle for something and helped me find exactly what I was looking for, and now I'm so, so happy with my decision. I will always recommend Adrienne.

There is absolutely no way I would have been able to get through this process without Adrienne. I relied on her for everything, from finding a mortgage broker to getting house insurance to setting up the inspector, all the way up to following her recommendation for finding a fridge. She (or her showing agent) took me to several viewings, and I made 3 different bids on houses before I found mine. Each time, she coached me through every single step of the process, gave me information about what to expect, explained things so that I could understand (even the complex inner workings of the crazy, illogical housing market), and helped me craft increasing...

She was very professional. She suggested that we sell the house for more than we thought we could get, and the final offer was $55,000 more than what we listed it for in just a couple of days. I recommend Adrienne 100%.

Adrienne was awesome to work with. She listed and sold our home in 7 days, and we got an offer at the asking price with multiple bids. Highly recommend her!

Having Adrienne as our realtor was an amazing experience. After a consultation, she knew exactly what we were looking for and how to work with us. She is very thorough, knowledgeable, and replied with solutions like lightning. If you’re looking for a realtor who can put herself in your shoes and almost build the house of your dreams within your timeline, search no further. She made just about everything on our list come true. Definitely a great asset for any company and even more so for families looking for their dream house or anything in between. Best of all, she’s so personable with a great attitude and is on your side.

Adrienne represented us in selling our house. She understood what we wanted and supported us through the process. We can’t imagine how it would have gone without her, and we would definitely use her again.

Adrienne was outstanding. She effectively marketed the property online in a way that brought interested buyers to the property for showings. When the offers were made, she carefully charted and presented the different facets of each offer so that I could determine the best one to accept. She was tremendously responsive, always available, and moved everything along as quickly as possible. I was impressed by Adrienne's abilities and pleased by her personality. I would not hesitate to call on her again for assistance in future transactions.

Coming from another realtor and interviewing several others, Adrienne's go-get- 'em attitude and market knowledge had her really stand out of the crowd from the others. Adrienne did a phenomenal job in assessing what things needed to be done to make our house more appealing to buyers and maximize our offers. Also, when it came time to handle bids, she fought hard for us to ensure we received 100% of our offers by renegotiating a better appraisal gap on the top offers. Very responsive to questions and clarifications. I really couldn't have picked a better realtor for our selling experience.
